The 2012 TCS Global Conference was held in Paris in later November 2012 and all close to 20 TCS membership firms participated the conference. Philip Chen, Nortex audit partner, and Jeffery Dai, Nortex tax partner, were also present on behalf of TCS Nortex.
The Conference wrapped up the development of TCS Global in the past year and discussed key action points in coming year. In the meantime, all representatives communicated with each other to share experience and advantages, which contributed a lot to a closer relationship in future international cooperation.
The Global Audit Committee and Tax Committee meetings were also held during the conference and Philip and Jeffery attended Audit Committee and Tax Committee meetings respectively. The two committee meetings ended up with detailed action plans in term of the global cooperation and management in global audit and tax practices, respectively.
TCS Global has experienced rapid development in past year and further expansion to more major economies is expected in coming 2013. As the China membership firm and one of the founding firms, TCS Nortex is believed to have more development opportunities. at the closing of this year’s conference, Mr James Frost, TCS Global Executive, suggested the 2013 Global Conference be held by TCS Nortex in Shanghai, which was consented by all representatives. This clearly demonstrates the TCS Global’s prospect of China business in the future. Look forward to seeing you all in Shanghai in 2013.
